The Kids We Lose: Moving from Power & Control to Collaboration & Proactive Problem-Solving 

School social workers, educators, administrators and school mental health providers can learn strategies for collaborative problem-solving and tools for assessment and intervention at the Minnesota Association for Children’s Mental Health workshop featuring the 2018 award-winning documentary “The Kids We Lose.” Dr. Ross Greene will dive into his Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (CPS) model and how CPS has transformed families, schools, treatment settings and justice systems around the world. Professional Learning Community (PLC) Series: Spring 2020 Session

This is a repeat of the Fall 2019 PLC Series by Minnesota Department of Education. Teams will explore three big ideas and four critical questions that guide highly effective learning teams. Participants will learn about a guaranteed and viable curriculum and begin identifying learning targets for use in assessment and examine ways to use data to focus on learning outcomes.
