MREA is partnering with Proximity Learning to offer online training to help Greater Minnesota teachers build their teaching expertise in virtual learning environments. Register by Feb. 11.
The 3-part series begins Feb. 16.
Even though many students are returning to school, we all know illness, weather, or building issues may cause continued changes in teaching delivery models. Teachers who want or need information on best practices in teaching distance learning or hybrid models will have an opportunity to hone their skills in this 6-hour workshop:
Effective Teaching in a Virtual Environment
Feb. 16, 17, 18
Training instructors will guide educators in setting up classrooms for success, effectively using student data, and creating positive learning environments. Registrants will participate in all 3 sessions which include small- and large-group work and activities.
Per the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), this training session should be an allowable use of ESSER dollars. Read more.
The last day to register is Feb. 11.
