The Anxious Generation (2024), by Jonathan Haidt, is a book exploring the connection between declining adolescent mental health and the rise of screens and social media. The purpose of this MDE 4-session training series is for school leaders to learn about and discuss the information presented in The Anxious Generation and utilize the learning in their leadership practice. Participants are not required to purchase or read the book as a part of the series. Any Minnesota school leader K-12 is welcome to participate. Register here.
