Help us think about the issues that matter most to our Greater Minnesota members and educational community. Whether you’re a teacher, board member, or administrator, we encourage you to get involved and attend a meeting.

Informational meetings will be hosted virtually to discuss long-standing and emerging issues rural schools are experiencing, including changing dynamics impacting compensatory revenue, gaps in school facility and operating referenda revenue, among the myriad of issues facing schools as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact our work.

2021 Virtual Meetings

MREA will host virtual meetings to discuss key E-12 issues for 2022 and gain feedback from member educators, school board and administrators on needs and priorities for the next legislative session.

Registration closes two calendar days prior to each meeting so logon information can be emailed. Each session will cover the same topics. Registration is free; each session must have a minimum of 5 participants to be hosted.
